Hi, I’m Swati — Practice Operations & Client Experience Coordinator here at SHIFT Your Journey™. My role is all about making sure your therapy experience feels seamless, supported, and grounded in care from start to finish.

I have over 5 years of experience in product development, data analysis, and business optimization — but what really drives me is helping our systems work better for people. I love turning structure into support: creating clear processes, organized communication, and thoughtful coordination that allow our clinicians to focus fully on you and your healing journey.

At SHIFT Your Journey™, I help ensure that everything behind the scenes — from scheduling and documentation to day-to-day operations — runs smoothly and efficiently. My role is to be a reliable and resourceful extension of the SHIFT Your Journey™ team. I apply my skills in data management, process optimization, and communication to support the day-to-day operations and help drive business expansion. Whether it’s drafting reports, managing data, or assisting with project documentation, I’m focused on ensuring everything runs smoothly so that our culturally responsive clinicians have the support they need to deliver exceptional care.

What inspires me most about working with SHIFT Your Journey™ is being part of a team that leads with culture, compassion, and community. Every system we create and every detail we manage supports our mission to redefine mental health care for Black communities and other communities of color — building pathways of access, trust, and generational healing.
