A peer support and crisis line that centers and prioritizes Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, with an LGBTQ+ Black Femme lens. Staffed by BIPOC-identified supporters. Designed as a space free from anti-Blackness and systemic oppression. Also accepts collect calls from incarcerated individuals. App available on iOS and Android.

The Steve Fund Crisis Text Line
A crisis text line specifically for young people of color, operated in partnership with Crisis Text Line. Centers the experiences of Black, Latinx, Asian American Pacific Islander, Native American, and other young people of color. Connects to a trained, live crisis counselor.

988 — Spanish Language Line
Spanish-speaking crisis counselors available through the 988 Lifeline. No proof of citizenship or immigration status is required. All contacts are free and confidential. Chat in Spanish also available at 988lifeline.org. For all other languages, call 988 and say the name of your language — interpretation in 240+ languages is available at no cost.

StrongHearts Native Helpline
A confidential and anonymous domestic and sexual violence helpline for Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Operated by an independent nonprofit. Provides culturally grounded support, safety planning, referrals to Native-centered service providers, and advocacy. Note: StrongHearts advocates cannot connect callers directly to 911 — if in immediate danger, call 911 first.

NAAPIMHA — Provider Directory
There is currently no dedicated national crisis hotline for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities — a documented gap in the mental health system. NAAPIMHA (National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association) maintains a directory of AANHPI-serving providers in all 50 states to help connect individuals to culturally responsive care. For immediate crisis support, call or text 988, which offers interpretation in 240+ languages by phone.

Confidential support for veterans, active service members, National Guard, reservists, and their families. Available regardless of VA enrollment status or discharge type. Responders have specialized training in military culture and veteran experiences.

Confidential support, safety planning, and local referrals for anyone affected by domestic violence or dating abuse, including those supporting someone in an abusive situation. Available in English and Spanish; additional languages via interpreter.

Confidential support from trained staff who can connect survivors with local resources. Operated by RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. Available by phone and online chat.

Support for children, parents, and families navigating crisis, abuse, or emotional distress. Professionally trained counselors serve both youth and adults. Also offers live chat Monday–Thursday.
