Online anxiety therapy at SHIFT Your Journey® takes place through secure, private video sessions — no commute, no waiting room. After you request an appointment, our Client Care team personally matches you to a therapist based on your needs, goals, and background. Sessions are 53–60 minutes and held weekly. Your therapist will work with you to understand what's driving your anxiety, build practical coping skills, and address any underlying experiences using approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

Importantly — you don't leave your identity, background, or story at the door. Anxiety affects people differently, and for many in Black communities and communities of color, it carries layers that only a therapist who truly understands your world can help you unpack.
