To start, request an appointment. We'll ask a few questions to understand how we can help you and find the right therapist for you. Our Client Care Coordinator will assist you with the next steps, schedule a consultation if needed, and help you complete the initial paperwork. They will also answer your questions and guide you to step 2.
Step 2: Finding the Right Therapist
After you book an appointment, we'll help you fill out the necessary forms and connect you with a suitable therapist. Our diverse team specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, post-partum depression, life changes, trauma, and more. If you need a therapist who speaks Spanish, Twi, Hindi, Ga, or French, or understands your culture, we will help you find the right fit. Our therapists use effective methods to support your mental health goals and are ready to assist everyone.
Step 3: Begin Your Therapy Journey
After we match you with the right therapist, your therapy journey starts! You can have regular online sessions in Connecticut or New York. Online therapy is flexible, allowing you to attend sessions from home, saving travel time and reducing stress. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues, virtual therapy offers valuable support, even with a busy life. We know online therapy isn't for everyone or every situation, and if it's not a good fit, we will provide feedback and help you find a better way to reach your mental health goals.
