I was born in Phoenix, Arizona. I moved around the United States; living in Texas, Chicago, New York and Connecticut. My life experiences and background has awarded me the opportunity to view life through a diverse lens. I have been an educator for over 13 years and transitioned into a certified School Counselor position, as well as established my role as a Mental Health practitioner.

My change in career to a Mental Health practitioner has been affirmed through a variety of personal experiences, communication and observations working with children and their families. I have a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults to help support them sustain their mental strength. I seek to work with individuals to support them with overcoming or managing the following issues: substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, anxiety and depression. I’m seeking to assist them to understand how to obtain a standard of living, sufficient enough for their self-efficacy and to enhance their resilience and coping abilities. I am here to listen, understand, and collaborate with you in order to meet your mental health goals.

My education background includes the following: I received my Master’s of Business Administration ( M.B.A.) with a specialization in Management and minored in Marketing at Mercy College. I graduated with my second Master’s degree in Counseling Education with certification in School Counseling in May 2022. Lastly, I completed my Mental Health Counseling program at Western Connecticut State University. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you with your mental health journey!
