Guadalupe Vidal, M.S., LMHC

Clinical Supervisor + Bilingual Therapist ( Spanish and English)

OFFICE LOCATION : NEW YORK

Hey! My name is Guadalupe Vidal. I am a proud Mexican-American mental health counselor who has dedicated my career to helping individuals and families in the Latino community. Born and raised in New York, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which has allowed me to effectively communicate with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wells College, and went on to earn a Master's of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community clinics, schools, and private practice. I have experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to helping clients struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and crisis situations. Coming from a proud Mexican background, there is a special interest in working with clients who have experienced cultural and linguistic barriers to accessing mental health care. I see therapy as a way to heal and grow.
