Therapist

OFFICE LOCATION : NEW YORK

Hello and welcome! I have 27 years of experience and education in the Human Services and Mental Wellness sector with various roles as educator and facilitator to individual, families, and communities, whose demographics have mental challenges. Much of my knowledge base extends from assisting people with various mental and physical disabilities. My therapeutic style is eclectic and integrative; every individual’s therapeutic treatment is authentic and layered with complexed life experiences. My knowledge base extends from teaching people how to utilize the different systems to develop marketable skills for the work force. I also taught life skills that promoted empowerment for personal, family, and community growth. My experience and education in the social service community assist me in creating a safe, non-judgmental learning environment for individuals, families, and communities on how to tap into their internal resources and potential. My overall goal is to help individuals, families, and communities meet their mental wellness goals by supporting them with their journey. Through collaboration, we work to explore, challenge, and change perspectives on life and to utilize obstacles as a learning tool to create new possibilities. I challenge you to become a Possibilitarian.

“No matter how dark things seem to be or are, raise your sights and see the possibilities – always see them, for they are always there.” Norman Vincent Peale.
