Hello, I'm Naquitta Hudson, a Bronx resident with a diverse professional journey that has led me to where I am today. My career trajectory has been filled with unexpected twists and turns, but it has ultimately brought me to a place where I am deeply passionate about healthcare. While I first started my career in data entry, it was when I transitioned into the role of an ophthalmologist technician within the same company that I truly felt a strong sense of purpose. However, as with many people around the world, my life changed drastically when the COVID-19 pandemic struck. With resilience and adaptability, I quickly pivoted and embraced a new role as a private home health aide. This experience further ignited my passion for healthcare and solidified my commitment to providing compassionate care to others.


Helping people has always been a natural inclination for me, something I discovered while growing up. Yet, I never anticipated that this innate desire to assist others would lead me into the healthcare field. It brings me immense joy to be a part of the dedicated team at SHIFT! as a Client Care Coordinator. I wholeheartedly look forward to contributing my skills and unwavering dedication to our mission of service.


Beyond my professional life, I cherish the invaluable roles of being a devoted wife and a loving mother to two wonderful children. Spending quality time with my family is a top priority, and I treasure each and every precious moment we share. During my downtime, you'll often find me engrossed in my hobbies, which include immersing myself in music, crocheting, and crafting poetry. These creative outlets provide solace and rejuvenation, allowing me to return to my work and personal life with renewed energy and inspiration.


In addition to my hands-on experience, I furthered my studies by majoring in English Literature and Writing at LaGuardia College in Astoria, New York. This education not only expanded my knowledge and honed my communication skills, but it also provided me with a deeper appreciation for the power of words in fostering connection and healing.
